Thinking about this, my take is this is pretty good timing. Joe just established that he does what he says he is going to do with the dividend distribution (the brokerage screw ups weren't his fault by any sense of measure). Then he makes a bunch of other announcements with companies that are going to focus outside of the AE37 market, but are going to bring direct revenue to NuGennie. He reiterates the AE37 test with Keytruda showing that that is proceeding as he has promised. Now he announces he's going to do a AE37 spin out, WITH the credibility of the first dividend distribution.

Gotta believe that has built some street cred for Mr. Moscato, washing away some of the taint that previous regimes had. Now hoping the investment community will say "let's give this guy a chance"....if they do, I think we all might be amazed over the next several years.
