The MM are not to blame. It is short sellers that work in conjunction with each other. For example,right now is a crucial technical point in RMHB. It is finally starting to move higher and has failed in this area before. Short sellers have taken a position and if the stock begins to move higher they will offer out their share at the Ask. This is why you see countless buys and no price progression because they will keep offering their shares until failure.
