I hub can have a nefarious agenda in regards to stock manipulation. They have pros setting agendas to manipulate prices on vulnerable stocks. But then again with the daily unsettled trades at the DTCC and the flash trading and front running and fails to deliver and the naked short selling and leveraged derivatives,,,, forgot where I was going with this. Oh yea now I remember
