I am a man of my word. MVP DTC Chill/Lock SEC crap is back, so I reported him for a third time. I am tired of this crap. Unless proof is proved to the contrary, I will continue to report him.

On the investment message board for Baron Capital Enterprises on website Investorshub. There is a user by the name of MVP Stocks who is continually posting that SEC is investigating Baron and DTC chill/lock is coming soon, as well as accusing the CEO of being a criminal. Today this was his post: ` "to perpetuate this crime... it takes a low down scum bag with no morals. dwyer. he lost all credibility and is a proven fraud now yet still pays people off to help him continue this scam. too bad most investors are sharp with a good head on their shoulders and can rightfully discern the truth from the repackaged press releases and confusing language dwyer publicizes. the SEC owns baron capital forever. and its not letting it go. dtc lock so soon now. i can hear the footsteps coming" These posts never have any facts associated with them. MVP Stocks posts comments like the one above on daily basis, multiple times a day. Baron is a micro cap and this type of false, defamatory comments could be affecting the volume and/or share price of BCAP. These comments could force new investors from not investing in company as well as shaking shareholder confidence.

I have reported this activity to SEC before and it has not stopped. I also posted in the message board several times that if these statements did not cease, I would begin to report these actions to the SEC. I am not a lawyer or familiar with SEC laws. I believe this is stock manipulation, but do not know for sure until you tell me if I am right to report this actions or not. I do not wish to waste the SEC's time, if these actions are not in violation.
