Keep in mind that the soon to be former owners of SC will still have skin in the game once the acquisition is complete. They will more than likely want nFUSZ to benefit from the merger to help it grow. If it was an ordinary buyout where the former owners leave, then they wouldn't necessarily care if the company that bought them out succeeded or not because they would already have their money.
