(OTC: LVVV) announced today that its subsidiary GHC Ventures has been granted a Cultivation License from CalCannabis, a division of the California Department of Food and Agriculture to begin production in its high-tech Nursery Pod facility in Coachella, California. LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. is a company focused on the acquisition, licensing and management of special-purpose real estate properties and the development of compliant turnkey production facilities for licensed cannabis-based operations.

This cultivation license positions LiveWire in a critical role in the legal cultivation of commercial cannabis goods in the State of California, further empowered by the statewide Cannabis Distribution License it has recently been granted. As a first step in the implementation of LiveWire’s master plan, operation in the Coachella facility will ensure all customers receive only the finest 7X Pure Verified products.
LiveWire’s first high-tech and self-contained Production Pod in Coachella is equipped with dedicated air conditioning and decontamination units and is used for the cloning, genetics development and research of proprietary, high-quality and pesticide-free cannabis strains. The Company will soon be launching a dedicated website for sales and additional social media platforms to promote its Coachella products.
CalCannabis Cultivation Licensing is a division of the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) and ensures public safety and environmental protection by licensing and regulating commercial cannabis cultivators in California. CalCannabis also manages the state's track-and-trace system, which tracks all commercial cannabis and cannabis product; from cultivation to sale.
