UNVC can also retire all the unused shares i.e. the difference between the A/S and the O/S and that will also cause a significant increase in the value of each share currently held by insiders and shareholders.
This also gives tremendous confidence that revenues are more than sufficient to cover operating costs instead of possibly using the shares available.
