The only thing that matters is share price and if sending Mr. Berman to jail, or a bloodless coup engineered by message board posters and/or moderators, or shooting him, or poisoning him will get a higher share price then message board posters say lets do it. Let's visit the company's offices and make illegal demands. Let's stop the company's business and change its focus, let's stalk the company's offices, follow employees home, break into their homes, all also illegal. But hey, let's do it.
