Anyone have an educated hypothesis about this?
David already confirmed months back that shareholders can't be paid different amounts for their shares. It's all equal. If I recall they were trying to find a happy medium for what we'd all be willing to sell for....
My guesses:
1. Wanting to take the company private with the new investors
2. Potentially selling the company
3. Buybacks
4. Another RS
5. Selling the remaining shares
Any other guesses?
