So close we can almost touch the Nasdaq. SC acquisition closes this month. A lot of roll outs this month. Should be a great time, only thing that’ll make the weekends go quick is football. Based on the timeline Rory gave I believe SC acquisition will close between the 22nd and 25th of this month. Then take another 3-4 weeks for offering and uplist to occur.
