As we enter 2019 just a few hours from now (I got ahead of myself last night), what can we expect ???
It appears that the first 30, 60, 90 days of 2019 may be life changing for all StrikeForce Share Holders. How so?
First 30 to 60 days:
It appears that Sales and Revenues may start to come in from Gallagher, the Hospitality industry, PCI and more ..............
Next:
Consider the lawsuits .... It appears that in 60 to 90 days we could expect:
Ropes & Gray vs SecureAuth -Oral Argument and Reversal, Court date is: 2/4/19 (4Sleddogs requested I ask for us to keep in mind the following ... The Ruling could be immediately, after all the Federal Appeals court has already ruled and set precedent which is why Ropes and Gray filed a supplemental Authority .... or ... The court could recess and come back in 15 minutes, or 3 days or 2 weeks or even take up to 60 days per the courts procedures before ruling. With that being said, I am a believer that Ropes and Gray will prevail ... 99.99999 % ... we must allow for the chance of something going wrong.)
That will Immediately be followed by settlements from the following:
Ropes & Gray vs Gemalto
Ropes & Gray vs Vasco
Blank Rome vs Duo/Cisco
Blank Rome vs Centrify
Blank Rome vs Trustwave/Singtel
And of course: Ropes & Gray vs SecureAuth
Then:
Immediately the above would become Channel Partners or cease sales of infringing software.
Let us not forget BlockSafe as the STO unfolds
