retail doesn't have many options .. but one of which *if not filled* via NRs' targeted trades to *reset* for *volume* .. retail can file a complaint with Finra and the SEC .. enough complaints get filed with Finra .. and *trades* get observed for a week or so .. not much .. but it slows the blatant bs NR does by rote at least for a week

it was totally bogus bs .. and as kelt aptly noted .. it reset the 52 week low to 7c
i have had a bid @ 085c since last week .. when it was not filled
400 of which .. in NRs' nickel and diming of *retail* .. was *partially* filled just after the mkt opened @ 07c this morning .. what i was watching to see was if that 400 (tellingly imo not bundled into another *trade*) would have a mirrored trade .. and it did
