My thoughts:
As best as we know there are deals being worked on, AgriMed/MariMed/Sativeo/HCI together with Dr Dalton and UNVC.
Until we see either filings to get UNVC current or an actual PR from Dr Dalton and UNVC, we can neither confirm nor deny what is happening behind the scenes.
Tikun Olam company has also been mentioned as a possible deal partner.
We know the share price of MRMD and we know the share price of UNVC.
How the 2 companies make a deal and the structure of the deal, until revealed to us, we can only "guess" as how the vast price difference between the 2 public companies UNVC and MRMD is reconciled. I am unsure how a deal can be made without UNVC being current as MRMD is a current reporting company.
Kgem has posted that he is not sure if the UNVC filings will ever be filed and if Kgem is correct, then how the deal or merger comes about is unclear to me.
We all hold shares of UNVC and we want UNVC to be a prime mover of a deal so that UNVC can go nuclear.
I feel that January 2019 is a critical month for UNVC as many other companies are jumping on the Hemp and Cannabis train and if by the end of January, UNVC is no closer to any deals than we are now or any filings, then we could have cause for concern. Until then, we just wait patiently as the initial major hurdle of the Farm Bill has passed and is behind us and as best as we understand, the Farm Bill needed to become Law, before UNVC could move forward with all the potential deals due to the limitation of the size of Hemp fields before the Farm Bill was signed into law.
Anyone have any other thoughts, ideas or potential deals ?
International will be huge, especially if the World Rugby Board approves all Hemp products as well as all contact sports around the world, rugby, soccer, footy and then the "non contact sports", cricket, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash etc as all high level sports players can all benefit from Hemp products. Currently all we have is Icy Heat or similar products which as best as I can tell are vastly inferior to Hemp and Cannabis products.
