Let me answer you the best I can, if you sell over 100k shares and file two 13g's which were the legacy shares and one time payout shares they received for giving Generex all their rights back and retiring millions and millions of ratcheted warrants and releasing their strangle hold on GNBT, they dump them all because the stock hit 25.00 plus and those shares represented well over 10% of what was totally out at the time - dumping everything and taking advantage of making a killing because we've executed is a far cry then your manipulated question, there was nothing to manipulate, all they did was trigger an inquiry which we answered, stopped all excitement, killed the momentum and now all I can say is they are no my favorite folkes at the moment, being an opportunist is a far cry then meting a manipulator of stock, after the inquiry and our response I have no idea what will come out of the inquiry! I just don't even understand your question when it's all there right in the filings and PR, and if I were you id be pretty happy because of that inquiry we gave a pause which allowed us to recover what was lost from their blatant wanton opportunistic selloff, what was the price when that occurred 9.00, really not rocket science, it's pretty easy to figure out, if you want to compare your comparisons to the problem you reference with their other investigation there is no comparison, why? Those were shells that did reverse mergers with the shell guys having millions of millions of shares which is called founders shares which they sell cheaply to their friends to all make money hense the possible manipulation you stated, Generex is a 22 year old public company, we are not a newly created shell or some defunct company that became a shell, no one on my team as I stated has shares except me and salvo, and that was for the money we put into the company, I have put a few options to people who have worked for nothing the last few years to help Generex get in this position-so other then options, berkman for the sale of his business, Leighton for the 3 million, I never authorized stock to no one not even myself other then my debt, and I didn't take options, and if and when I do anything with stock or options it all has to be filed and approved by board and you will see it, if it's not filed no stock goes out, completely different scenario then the situation you referenced about possible manipulation. So to sum it up greed and opportunism which I would say severely hurt us is a far cry from manipulation. Everything here I'm saying is in the filings and in the press releases and also said in the conference call.
