I have no problem with that. It's a clear 'be careful what you wish for'.
Maybe he hasn't done it because he's been warned by his attorneys that if there's nothing wrong with the FISA applications the entire faux argument collapses.
That none of the indicted and convicted have appealed based upon FISA applications undermines your argument and supports mine.
