Another STUPID (or not) Russian deal made by the s

PORT CANAVERAL, Florida – October 28, 2017 – Gulftainer, the UAE-based cargo container terminal operator received a 35-year lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral.
Rostec is the state-owned weapons and technology conglomerate exporting Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K cruise missile cargo container missile launch systems .
Following an 18-month investigation, it is revealed that Gulftainer’s venture partner Rostec exports the stealth Club-K system through its arms-exporting unit Rosoboronexport.
Club-K’s cruise missile are ‘aircraft carrier killers ’
A single Club-K unit looks indistinguishable from a standard intermodal cargo container seen on port bound container ships every day.
Only a Club-K unit carries four Kalibr cruise missiles. Those cruise missiles can deliver nuclear and EMP weapons. Club-K launchers are remotely activated by satellite. This means that missiles in the U.S. could attack America from inside the United States.
Robert Hewson of Jane’s Defense Weekly, who first disclosed the existence of the Club-K container system, told Reuters
“It’s a carrier-killer. If you are hit by one or two of them, the kinetic impact is vast…it’s horrendous.”
The Club-K’s Kalibr cruise missiles can not only carry anti-ship conventional warheads, they can also deliver a nuclear payload to carry out an EMP attack according to expert Dr. Peter Vincent Pry.
Dr. Pry is the executive director of the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security.
‘Project Pelican’ is the name for an Obama administration deal that handed over a 35-year Port Canaveral cargo terminal lease to Gulftainer’s co-owners the Emir of Sharjah, UAE and Iraqi businessman Hamid Jafar, the brother and business partner of nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.
Father of the Iraqi Nuclear Program.
Jafar is an Iraqi nuclear physicist, former Vice Chairman of the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission, and following his release from prison, chief of Iraq’s nuclear program. He was also Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons scientist and Deputy Minister of Defense.
The Iraqi scientist was not only responsible for the top-secret Petrochemical 3 (PC3) nuclear weapons program but also for procurement and technology transfer activities in support of Saddam’s nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons programs.
Dr. Jafar’s name appears on CENTCOM’s Operation Iraqi Freedom ‘Blacklist’ of regime officials designated as enemy combatants and legitimate military targets.
Is the Club-K cruise missile trojan horse already on U.S. shores
After Gulftainer and Rostec struck their joint venture, Gulftainer quietly started looking for U.S. container terminals located near U.S. Navy submarine bases. In 2014 Gulftainer signed a lease with Port Canaveral.
Smuggling Club-K cruise missile units from Russia and into the U.S., through ports like Port Canaveral, will provide shippers with the ability to transport box containers throughout the U.S. via truck or train systems.
Port Canaveral is a critical port for the Navy’s Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missile program, the bedrock of America’s and Britain’s nuclear deterrence. Port Canaveral is essential to America’s space program.
Gulftainer is a subsidiary of UAE-based conglomerate The Crescent Group, owned by the oil-wealthy Iraqi Jafar family.
The Jafar family is a powerful Shia dynasty with deep connections to Iraq, Iran, and Russian intelligence operatives.
Baghdad-born brothers Hamid Jafar, Chairman of The Crescent Group, and his nuclear physicist sibling Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar are major Iraqi WMD players.
Soviet-trained Dr. Jafar designed a compact spherical nuclear weapon known as the ‘Beach Ball. Dr. Jafar’s clandestine nuclear weapons program received assistance from Saddam’s Soviet adviser KGB General Yevgeny Primakov and other Russian military and intelligence officials.
Is Jafar’s nuclear ‘beach ball’ already in North Korea?
Dr. Jafar’s ‘Beach Ball’ looks strikingly similar to what appears to the miniaturized nuclear weapon seen in recent photographs of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

In their book, “Brighter than the Baghdad Sun”, two British journalists, Shyam Bhatia, a former middle east correspondent for the London Observer, and Daniel McGrory, concluded that Hussein’s Iraq was in possession of a nuclear device, called the “beach ball.” In their book, Bhatia and McGrory allege a crash nuclear device, the infamous Beach Ball, was being readied for detonation on the outer ring road encircling Kuwait city by February 1991.
The purpose of the beachball, according to the book, was to deter western forces from making moves beyond Desert Shield. On the very first day of Desert Storm (January 17th 1991) an F117 pilot flattened the “Yellow Cake Factory” or Tuwaitha Nuclear Research Center. It is at Tuwaitha that nuclear reactors were recasting Uranium fuel for the crude bomb development of the beachball.
While actual proof of the device is difficult to ascertain in 1992 The New York Times wrote (Building Saddam Hussein’s Bomb By Gary Milhollin):
“About this big.” High in the United Nations building in New York, a U.N. official is holding his arms out in a circle, like a man gripping a beach ball. “About a yard across, weighing about a ton.”
This is the Iraqi bomb — slightly smaller than the one dropped on Hiroshima, but nearly twice as powerful — packing an explosive force of at least 20,000 tons of TNT. The official is dramatizing a drawing he has made in his notebook, based on documents seized in Iraq. He is sure that the bomb, if built to the specifications in the drawing, will work.”
Leading to the question, is the bomb that U.N. official described the same as the one in the photo above?
Gulftainer Scandal: Club-K cruise missile, President Obama, the Clintons, and the Media
In a report by the Center for Security Policy dated December 2016, they write:
In addition to being an important seaport in its own right, Port Canaveral is in close proximity to a number of key U.S. facilities – including the Navy’s East Coast ballistic missile submarine base, two U.S. Air Force Space Command bases, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
As the paper’s authors dug into the details surrounding this deal, they discovered – in addition to Gulftainer’s obvious and still potentially problematic ties to the UAE – a troubling array of connections linking it to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and President Barack Obama, himself.
For example, Obama’s former college roommates, one Indian and one Pakistani – who remain to this day his close friends – have personal and business relationships with the Jafar family .
Hamid Jara under U.S. Investigation
Hamid Jafar was under investigation by the Treasury Department and four congressional committees for operating Gulftainer’s affiliate Crescent Petroleum as a front company for Saddam Hussein in a scheme known as ‘Oil For Superweapons.’
The investigation also uncovered several connections among the Jafar family to President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.[ /b]
The Gulftainer Port Canaveral deal did not receive the mandatory Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) National Security Threat Analysis as required under the Foreign Investment National Security Act of 2007 (FINSA).
In unveiling the Center’s new Occasional Paper, its president, Frank J. Gaffney, observed:
It is shocking that management of one of the United States’ most strategically located ports has been turned over to foreign interests that include: Saddam Hussein’s nuclear bomb-maker; the rabidly anti-American jihadist mullahs of Iran; and a country, the UAE, that was stopped from taking over operational control of American ports ten years ago.
Worse yet, all this was engineered without the knowledge, much less the approval, of either Congress or the American people.
This transaction must be suspended, if not canceled outright, pending a thorough evaluation of its merits, a rigorous national security threat assessment by CFIUS and most importantly, an informed and thorough debate on Capitol Hill.
Gulftainer and Rostec bank finance joint-venture
Gulftainer Russian Technologies is the joint venture between Gulftainer and Rostec, along with Rostec’s investment bank Prominvest. Prominvest is under U.S. sanctions and was added to the Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list in 2015. Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral lease prohibits the company from doing business with SDNs.
Gulftainer entered into its joint-venture with Rostec in 2010, the same year during which Russian state-owned naval weapons developer Concern Morinformsystem-Agat began marketing its Club-K system with a computer-animated video, and one year after Rosoboronexport became part of Rostec.
Gulftainer took ownership stake in Russia’s Port Ust-Luga.
Under the joint venture, Gulftainer operates the YUG-2 multi-purpose cargo terminal at Russia’s Port Ust-Luga and is leading the development of the port according to “Port Strategy.”
Reuters reported that Gulftainer bought a 25% ownership stake in Port Ust-Luga, which is located on the Baltic Sea near St. Petersberg. Gulftainer reportedly invested $275 million in Port Ust Luga.
Ust-Luga is one of twelve ports in Russia that berths ships carrying nuclear materials.
