NO motor voter laws allow illegal immigrants to get a drivers license without the restriction that it cannot be used as legal identification, much less for voter registration. That is a FACT.
it's for DRIVING, which in turn REQUIRES auto insurance. That was the main purpose for restricted DL's for undocumented immigrants.
