It's not a shock at all, and in many ways, it's a

On the other hand, we got rid of investors who sold out at a cheap price and once their stock is gone, it's gone for good unless they buy in at a higher price. For every sell, there's a buy.
The stock went down in the last half hour. Someone dumped about 4 million shares. No big deal really. It would be the same thing in the other direction if someone bought four million shares in the last half hour to put the stock at .018 or two cents. It's all temporary. At the first sale on Monday, the price will change again on the first uptick or downtick. My guess is that it will be an upward trend as the news gets spread around over the next few days.
It doesn't take all that much to move a stock one way or the other, but soon we will burn through all the weak sisters who have no patience or those who are in need of money right now. It's an expensive time of year for many people.
