I was hoping someone would ask such a question. What I mean is that since the litigation funding cannot be going to fund the lawsuits that are already in the multi-millions in cost, it must be funding another aspect of the litigation that is not public
or a project associated with the litigation. Could it even be for research on new lawsuits?
