Yeah kinda what I was guessing that may be the case. States will find anything they can to bleed ya dry. I would think he would/should know about this he's been dealing with them for a year now...but judging by all the variations in stories we got today I have to have some reservation that they may have forgot to tell him that at some point. You just never know if the person you're dealing with actually knows all pertinent info. Happens all the time, unfortunately.
