Thanks for the DD DJ...just curious did the person you spoke with mention what that form is for? Judging by the name of it "Revival" would to me imply something that would need to be filed in order to reside in the state of DE for business purposes. i.e. be in good standing again. At this point does it really matter if it is filed since the business will be redomiciled to the State of Colorado? I honestly have no clue so just asking. To me if it's not needed to conduct business then to heck with paying that fee. But if it's a formality issue as another way for the state to get more money and it's required regardless if the business stays or goes out of the state, then hope it gets done before Monday.
SB has to still file what's called a 'Certificate of Revival' with a fee of $169.00 and that must be submitted by the end of this month or the 31st or Monday close of business... the woman I spoke with said the company has not submitted this form yet.
