I have not called by phone toodles but had a chat with an agent (Kevin) on their website which has been posted here and I will put it up again (below). The agent told me if it had been paid, that would show up immediately on their site. But nothing yet.
With something official like this and especially with the CEO going public about it... it should be easy to show/post the PROOF... at least for the state site to show it. Why has it not been shown on their site yet? Would 'Kevin' or whoever the agent is have some ulterior motive for telling me or anyone else what he said... I can post the email transcript I received but I think you all have seen it on liehub by now.
