It is clearly the brakeman (L3) who determines when and where he puts up resistance.
As soon as the purchase volume decreases, the "brakeman" also sells lower in the BID.
If gaps are not closed by the BID side, then the "brakeman" in the ASK goes deeper again.
On the one hand, the "brakeman" pushes prices on a low purchase volume.
And again and again the "brakeman" pushes a volume of about 2 to 3 million shares.
On the other hand, it inhibits the "rise" of the PPS with higher purchase volume.
