Ropes and Grey is on contingency , they like blank Rome will make 50% on all of SFORs settlements
When you consider SFOR is sueing for triple damages on all suits , we are talking significant revenue in the millions, sfor is arguably Rooes ans Grey and Blank Romes biggest client in terms of potential revenues , that is why they have the elite lawyers from their company handling our lawsuits, they are leaving nothing to chamce!
CISCO/DUO ( who set aside 900mil) could bring a total of 400 to perhaps 700 mil or more , divided by 2 to Blank Rome that's 300 to 400 mil each just one account
Throw in billion dollar corps thayles /centrify
SINGTEL/Trustwave CORE SECURITY/Sec Auth settlements others
Then remember another 60 more law suit letters will go out after currwnt settlements
Many of those 60 plus will no doubt settle this year after the dismissal is overturned overturned and he letter is armed with a precedent on our patent as well as a ,scotus decision and ptab victories, all 60 plus will settle without trials, unless stupidity seized them!
No wonder R&G opened an office in they bay area to handle silicon valley's and all west coast infringers!
R&G and Blank Rome evidently don't have any of the nervous feelings that of some on this board have who are uneasy with their SFOR investment .
Remember that even migty Microsoft handed SFOR and Blank Rome 9.5 mil to use our ooba patent. With all their lawyers, MSFT paid up. THEY NEVER GIVE AWAY MONEY TO ANYBODY.
What dID MSFT know that some here can't seem to grasp?
Why would our lawyers go on contingency on if all things a seeming risky patent play, isn't that risky, don't they know they could lose , like some point out on this board, it's not guatenteed!
Evidently the answer is no ! they have no fear of losing , because they dont roll the dice as it were, and they never lose ! It's not in their legal DNA to lose . Remember R&G was 46-0 in 2016 with 3 supreme court victories,
Can't wait to see R&Gs next string of suits in the next round this year on the west coast, Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook, sales force! And others
Whenever peeps ask me if I am nervous about SFORs financial future , I reply if Ropes and Grey and Blank Rome are not nervous going on contingency on of all things as unpredictible as a patent play, then to them, the law suits must not be unpredictible!
They view it with the same certainty as a personal injury lawsuit case , evidence is so overwhelming , that they have concluded , that SFORs patent written by Blank Rome IS pretty much a slam dunk case. I guess MSFzt felt the same way
NOW IF they feel OUR PATENT ID SO STRONG THAT IT has a predictable outcome with the evidence they have , oh by they way , so did the ptab judges , yku should read their decision , as they also said to DUO Centrify and I think Trustwave that there was no way of beating SFORs patent in their PTAB decision
So I have the same expectation based on the above, absolutely no concern , I love the fact that both Ropes & Gray are fighting for me , for my investment!
They always deliver!
Of course the payday for them will be enormous perhaps up to 50% of the revenue they brought in in 2017
That's why I sleep like a baby every night , with confidence that soon after 2/4/19
I will be benefitting like our lawyers in a huge way!
I know a lot of big traders on the otc who look at this as a settlement play and they will be buying big when our dismissal is overturned 5 to 10 or more million each
They like others will fight for shares while the PPS rises , while we are eating popcorn watching them drive the PPS up up up in amazement !
