we should see a decision shortly thereafter as the judges will have to decide on a judge kronstat who bungled a decision by dismissing the strongest of patents without looking at any evidence!
then appeals judges will start weighing sfor overwhelming evidence in the way of ptab victories , supreme court guidance for all appeal and district courts on handling companies with ptab victories , the appeal judges have to also consider that there is a ndw precedent in sfors favor in this case ,
