Sure.
1) Market chaos, market in free fall, reflective mostly of nervousness about the current President. The anchor drags down all ships. We're moving into a critical chapter for this country. The next couple of months will be very eventful and impactful. Investors are holding their breath.
2) Very few people know about the fact that the Mexican deal appears to be much bigger than publicly announced or that the PO has been signed. Remember, the people on this Board and iHub are a miniscule group of investors. Stocks don't move without word getting out, and word isn't anywhere close to out yet.
It's discouraging, sure, but functionally meaningless. I do think there's a real cap on how far up we can go without doing some serious adjusting of the stock structure, but ten cents seems totally feasible if the deal when it's finally announced is anywhere close to what it's purported to be.
I have my fingers crossed like everyone.
