Here’s a numbers question. Purely hypothetical. I know NFUSZ isn’t Apple, but they currently have over 5.3 billion outstanding shares. We have 160 million available and roughly 60 million in the float. I understand how/why Rory would consider a RS, but would that even work to have enough shares available to create some fluidity in trading?? Seriously, I feel like you end up doing a RS to uplist and then a FS just to loosen up the float. Anyway, who the heck really knows but I was struck by how small the outstanding share numbers would be if a RS did happen here. To all the experienced investors, I’m here to learn so don’t hesitate to do some teaching.
