My take is that AGP already has a commitment to take down $20-25 million...meaning that it is already oversubscribed. And the demand is such that a bigger offering may be available depending on the company's acquisition agenda.
Also Rory says "you figure it out" what SC plus nFusz are really worth tacitly dismissive of the current anemic share price. Believe me that AGP is helping institutional wallets figure it out.
A real savvy buyer could take down the whole offering knowing that this is the one time one could buy in quantity without ballooning the price.
The question remains how much money in cash does SC want. They must be salivating...more saliva=more stock and less cash.
Let's use the money to grow the business.
