A very good year for DECN indeed. The foundation is almost complete. The contractor has had a few change orders along the way. The kids weren't happy since they wanted to move in quickly. But in the end most will appreciate the stronger foundation and recognize that patience yielded a better result.
Most importantly, we are lucky to be alive and hopefully adding value to our existence in this world while we are here. It all ends too quickly from our perspective. Each minute is precious.
