They'll disappear like moths to the sunlight as soon as we get a sustained run. They are there to do a job, which is hold the price down(which could be for one or more reasons/tactics). Each time we get a strong enough price move, they vanish and then return again once the buying pressure dries up at the top of the run. Bears will be bears.
