Thanks everyone. If all major PRs are saved for uplisting--which I understand- and SC does bring more revenues justifying the AS increase, this scenario
may keep the stock price more depressed currently and require a larger RS.
I guess my question is if we are waiting for uplisting before any positve SP movement, what is the incentive now for new buyers or those seeking to add versus waiting. Is it the possibility that the the offering in January is at a significantly higher price--adjusted for RS--so buying now is still a much better deal than waiting?. Why buy at 0.25 when you can buy for RS adjusted 0.15?
