I know that Rory and company have a plan, would love to not need a RS, obviously, but will do whatever it takes to get share price as high as possible down here, so the RS doesn’t have to be as big of a ratio. I believe the 40:1 scenario was to alert shorts and losers that no matter what we are going to Nasdaq so be very aware and be very afraid. They’ll have to cover fast once news comes out of the uplist date.
What I believe is that Rory won’t announce any news down here that he doesn’t want to and doesn’t think it would be share price moving down here. OTC is filled with flippers that only look at money, they have no idea what else is going on here. That’s why I believe we are this low at the moment. That should change once acquisition goes through, because a combined company we instantly have millions in revenue and are teetering with profitability, that will get people’s attention and share price should appreciate.
The only thing that I know of for sure is that whatever happens Rory has a plan for it, the company will make the best decisions they can. I know we are in good hands. 2019 will be a great year imo
