This letter pertains to the fiscal year end statement. In the "Letter to Shareholders" it was stated this couldn't be filed until the filings for Q2 and Q3 were filed and, I'm assuming, accepted. Now, this might be a dumb question but, does this mean those have been corrected, filed and accepted? If so, does this letter mean the fiscal year end statement has been filed and we are on the final step to being current?
