Innovative biotechnology company Earth Science Tech (OTCQB: ETST) this morning announced its plans to take advantage of the new Farm Bill, which is set to legalize U.S. hemp cultivation and hemp-derived CBD and other products, with appointment of David Barbash as its chief sales officer beginning in 2019.
