wash trading via the 3 MMs that are all in on IPIX
CDEL/NITE/ETRF .. to reset 52 week low with the
end *goal* of parting actual investors from their IPIX shares
now it will be interesting to see how today gets marked
and what next round of *legal* shows when reported
