While everyone is concentrating on the Farm Bill and its importance for the cannabis industry, I have been trying to confirm the deal in Pennsylvania for the sale of the AGRiMED grow facility. So far, I find no indication the regulators in Pennsylvania have approved the sale. Perhaps others will have more luck with their own research, and if anyone on this board lives in Pennsylvania, maybe you will have better luck. I suggest the delay or hang up may be the result of the reluctance on the part of state regulators to approve this sale. After all, the regulators thought they had a scape goat that they could blame for all the complaints they received from other cannabis companies operating in the state. So, transferring this grow/processing license to another party puts the spot light right back on these regulators, and I suspect they do not like that. I also do not think Dalton has any intention of ever finishing the financials, but that is yet another discussion.
