If the Bill is signed on Thursday and then the Filings are
If the Bill is signed on Thursday and then the Filings are submitted to OTC Markets and it takes 2 to 3 days (business days I expect) to Validate and Verify the Filings and then publish them, it seems like we are looking at about Thursday December 27 before the Filings are Published and if all this is somewhat accurate - then I do not expect a PR until Weds Jan 2, 2019 to get the maximum benefit of a PR to send the price of UNVC soaring !!
Please correct me, if my understanding and logic is flawed !!
The stock market closes at 1pm EST on Mon 12/24 and is closed on Tues 12/25
It appears we have a regular day on Mon 12/31 and the market is closed on Tues 1/1/2019.
