60 days ridiculous, Judges will already have a decision before they sit in court, based on briefs and evidence.
Most cases don't have evidence in the way of a #1 precedent #2 scotus decision and #3 PTAB evidence .
Even flippers who would love to see this drag out will have to admit this lol Its over.
Knobbe Marttens evidence consists of ancient greeks and preschool evidence.
This will be the quickest decision that can be made, Ropes and Grey will make that happen. This is a case, this is an injustice that has hurt SFOR financially and screams out for immediate relief / decision on the matter. The overwhelming evidence shows what an injustice this has been.
Infringers have nothing to appeal on, its over.
After reversal , Infringers Cisco, Centrify Secure Auth and others will settle on this decision. Quickly ! Don't be surprised to see a decision on the same day. Or very soon thereafter.
