Febs reversal worth billions, PPS dollars?
2019 will see billions come to SFOR after dismissals reversal. See sompanies involved below.
Ropes and Grey in its submitted supplemental authority to the Appeal Judges, demanded that the patent dismissal be reversed immediately on Precedent. This case will be decided as fast as a decision can be made.
Overwhelming evidence has already been read by the panel of judges in the submitted briefs and the supplemental authority. The judges will already have a very strong leaning before the court adjourns on Feb 4th.
If oral arguments are needed, we have the #1 oral argument Lawyer in Ropes and Greys Douglas Hallward-Driemeier. None better, all the judges know this guy is legit. From Supreme court down to Appeals and so on. Losing is not in his DNA.

Nothing to think or mull over for judges, the decision has already been decided on the aforementioned Ptab, SCOTUS and Precedent. (read up on how panel of judges handle briefs, supplemental authority and decide on why they would request an oral argument.
WE have PTAB decisions, Supreme court decision stating PTABS should decide challenged to Patents, and a Precedent that makes prevent future challenges . A precedent that makes all infingers become channel partners and pay damages and recurring revenues to SFOR.
No Pumping here. This decision is truly worth billions of dollars, if you have read anything on this board you know this to be true. Look at the players involved, TPG, Intel, Cisco, Thoma Bravo, MSFT, all covet SFORs IP maybe more.
Don't be surprised to see some front load buying of SFOR between now and Febs court date. Driving SFORs PPS up even before a decision.
