With only 3 active cultivation licenses still, something tells me that the state has paused the licensing maybe due to a process issue, or something. I think all these temp licenses will just keep getting extended. With each extension, the probability of getting an active license increases.

I bet it will be Mar-Apr; hope I am wrong.
