Yes, or Stevia, which is blended with erythritol in the popular sweetener Truvia. I like Stevia best, though I'm sure it's more expensive, because some people are sensitive to sugar alcohols including erythritol, and may experience headaches, bloating, cramping, diarrhea, and nausea. Most people tolerate moderate amounts of erythritol in their diets just fine though. The most recent studies on Xylitol show that it too has many benefits vs. the old standard sucrose or fructose, especially high fructose sweeteners.
