Please go online and do some research to see how really bad these bowel diseases really are for the sufferers. 30% of UC patients need surgery, because nothing has really worked. And drugs like Humira have a lot of bad side affects, including cancer. You make it sound as if there are already a plethora of affective drugs out there on the market, and nothing can be further from the truth.
I read somewhere that the Regentys product will probably be considered a first, primary therapy when approved, and that makes perfect sense when you understand the disease and the current treatments available.
