I can tell u this with almost near certainty WHY? because we've
already seen it happen TWICE in the BLASTOFF week of
OCT 2016 and the BLASTOFF last week of JULY 2017.
What will happen with near certainty is once we see
ONCI close at 24+ on STRONG VOLUME of around
50M+ on a single day and around 200M+ on a WEEKLY
is that will ATTRACT MANY MOMEMTUM GROUPS
who monitor the otc and look for FAST ACTION
of a stock breaking above a critical neckline of resistance
like we have with ONCI at about 24 where it topped out
last 2 times.
ONCE the 24 level is broken we will have the EXACT
same set up as we had in the past for spectacular
