Just a note with regards to the 'early' financials' annual filing... most all issues in OTC have 90 days or three months to produce annual financials (plus 15 days if they want to take further 'late' time)... so indeed this is early whether relative or not to the last couple of annuals.
Think SB had till the end of Nov. to sell his shares which he filed a '144' for on 6/18/18 (see MFN posts)...
What could be fantastic is if SB could/would even produce and file or put out the first quarter's financials (Nov. 1 through end of Dec.)... maybe some time in mid-Jan... that would be absolutely thrilling and practically unprecedented in OTC!
