Sadie the FINS show ONCI had $117K cash as of 10/31/18 and
we know from NET PROFITS of $722K for the QTR ONCI
is collecting at least $240K each month in pure CASH FLOW
so its been about a MONTH and HALF since 10/31/18 so thats
$360K + the $117K = $477K CASH ON HAND RIGHT NOW
which is FAR MORE than we needed to settle with DE.
In fact since
SB said he's paying it all off in ONE PAYMENT instead of
installment payments which 100% confirms to me he got the
DE to SETTLE for a much lower payment than they
were originally asking for which was about at most
$312K anyway. So IMO your concern is totally unwarranted
at this point.
