My dad was a true civil servant,
A boot straps kind of guy with no formal college program
but with incessant classes including formal Federal
'management study' became the highest ranking non-military
person at a US Fort with state wide responsibilities.
Retired, now passed.
One of those older white guys with whom it would never occur
to be an ass hole at work or in the public anywhere. !!!!!!!!!!
