in DEC 2016 when SB released the FINS EARLY the stock
was in the midst of 1000%+ run up off its OCT 2016 lows
so SB released early to try to keep the momentum of that
run going, but back then ONCI simply didn't have the
fundamentals in place to keep a sustainable BULL RUN
going like it does now.
Then SB waited to release the 2017 annual FINS all the
way to the due date of JAN 31, 2018 because he knew
he was going to have to disclose the DE TAXES due
in that report which of course sent the stock down.
FINALLY in the next few days DE settlement will be
behind us and thus SB is signaling not only is that
done but he has a LOT MORE
great news on the way with this EARLY FINS release !
