David stated in the CC, shareholders would receive an "update" on the 10M line of credit within 10 days of the CC. So another promise made that was not kept (what a Fukin surprise). NTEK is on a 5 year roll for broken promises and missed deadlines.
So if the 10M line of credit was delayed or did not happen all David had to do is provide SH's with that info with the update. The update release to SH's is totally under the company's control but instead of making good on that CC statement they chose to ignore and mislead shareholders once again.
I have not sold one single NTEK share and can only hope for a miracle similar to the one in the Miami/Pats game last Sunday.
