Remember when SFOR/Ropes & Gray won the landmark M

Did G, V & E attorneys use the ancient Greece argument as well? Whatever they did use in front of the District Judge, they lost! That was a beautiful day!
So was 2011 when the PTAB exonerated SFOR patents. So was 2017 when the PTAB again exonerated SFOR patents as well as Ropes & Gray agreeing to partner with SFOR on SEVERAL infringement lawsuits.
Another beautiful day is right around the corner...
Did you know:
The beauty of the SecureAuth Federal Circuit court appeal is that the Judges chosen will be former Patent attorneys. Wonder what they will think?
What they will consider:
1. PTAB re-examinated SFOR patents TWICE in 2011 and 2017 with victories both times. They said that there are valid due to 'no prior art in computer security' and improvement in securing information transmitted over the internet
2. Supreme court ruled that PTAB rulings are constitutional in April 2018
3. The District court essentially invalidated these other agencies rulings (without investigation) as well as three patents of SFOR's (not only one) along with 43 claims from those patents without one statement in the final ruling of how The Alice 35 101 law applies to SFOR patents other than it was early dismissal (without investigation) based on Alice 35 101 which must mean that the patents are only abstract ideas based on ancient Greece and Preschool.
