No one can ever really know the answer to this deer because if FINRA has questions or concerns that need to be addressed it's back in the company's hands to answer and clarify to FINRA's satisfaction... although there is some 'standard' and something about within ten days of submission from the company (as long as there are no unanswered questions or concerns).
Now take a look at the CO SOS filing... I think ONCI had to report this month (Periodic report month) and as you can see the Formation date is 12/15/17 so while ONCI is in 'good standing' it will likely have to submit something to stay that way... hope SB is on top of this, lol
